I. REGULATIONS ON SCOPE OF DELIVERY
With the goal of bringing convenience to customers when purchasing online on the website agarwoodgh.com, Green Herbs Cooperative implements a NATIONWIDE DELIVERY policy for all orders.
II. REGULATIONS ON DELIVERY FEE
All orders will be Delivered and Charged by Regions. Customers will pay the order, plus shipping fees by regions and this cost will be confirmed by the sales staff. Delivery fees will be calculated according to the fees of the following shipping units:

- Fast delivery
- Economical delivery
- VN Post

III. REGULATIONS ON DELIVERY TIME
- For areas with a sales system and current stock status, delivery time is within 48 hours.
- For products that must be transported from Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi and retail systems in the Central region, delivery time is from 5 to 7 days.
- For remote regions with sales systems, delivery time is within 7 days, and 3 to 5 days for the other provinces.
